About HSD Optical — Micro Lens Division

We manufacture ultra-small precision micro lenses — PCV and PCX types — for ureteroscopes, ultra-thin rigid endoscopes, and other minimally invasive optical systems. Our lenses are produced to your exact drawings, with centration ≤1′ and diameter tolerance -0.005 to -0.02mm.

We supply both uncoated blanks for coating laboratories and finished AR-coated lenses for OEM assemblers. Full COA per batch, NDA protected, engineer-to-engineer review before production starts.
